Hydrosilex Bug Remover

Bug spatter is the one kind of dirt that gets worse the longer you leave it. Insect remains are acidic, and on a hot hood or a UTV front clip they etch into paint, clearcoat and plastic. Scrubbing at a dried-on bug with a wash mitt is how swirl marks start — the grit is already abrasive before you add pressure.

Hydrosilex Bug Remover softens bug residue so it releases instead of being scraped off. It is a spray-and-dwell product, not a compound, so it works without abrading the finish.

How to use it

1. Work in the shade on a cool surface. Never on hot paint in direct sun.
2. Spray directly onto the affected area — front bumper, hood, mirrors, windshield, front fenders.
3. Let it dwell so the residue can soften. Do not let it dry on the surface.
4. Wipe with a clean microfiber or rinse and follow with a normal wash.
5. Reapply on heavy build-up rather than scrubbing harder.
