Belts

Hunterworks belts are built with a proprietary construction — stronger cord, a compound that tolerates more heat, and tighter tolerances than the belt that came on the machine. That matters most in the conditions that kill stock belts: deep mud, sand, rock crawling, towing and plowing, and low-range work where there is a lot of clutch slip and not much air moving through the housing. Tools

The tool line exists because a belt is usually the symptom, not the cause. Clutch alignment tools tell you whether the crankshaft and transmission shafts are actually parallel — misalignment quietly shortens the life of every belt you install. Primary clutch pullers get the drive clutch off a tapered crankshaft without damaging the threads. Belt change tools spread the secondary so you can swap a belt on many Can-Am, CFMoto and Kawasaki machines without pulling the primary at all. Clutch holder and torque tools let you put it all back to spec. There are also secondary roller kits, clutch inline blowers and Tink Seal lube.

Why buy the tool

Buying the right puller and alignment tool once costs less than two dealer belt changes, and you get to see what is actually going on inside the clutch cover instead of guessing. Keep a spare belt and a belt change tool in the machine and a trip-ending failure becomes a ten-minute stop.
