Xpedition

The Polaris Xpedition is built for long days and heavy loads, which is hard on a CVT belt. Fix'N Offroad carries the Hunterworks HW 925TC USA-made drive belt for all 2024-2025 Polaris Xpedition models, replacing OEM part numbers 3211186 and 3212358. Same belt platform Hunterworks builds for the RZR Turbo and Pro, engineered for toughness and heat rather than for looking good on a shelf.

For service, the Hunterworks clutch alignment tool for the 2024-2025 RZR XP 1000 and Xpedition (CAT-621K) covers this machine, and the HW Universal Polaris primary clutch puller fits the Xpedition crankshaft taper. If you have had the engine or transmission out, check alignment before you put a new belt in.
