RZR 1000S

The Polaris RZR S 1000 sits between the Trail and the XP, and it uses the same standard-dimension belt as the RZR XP 1000. Fix'N Offroad stocks the Hunterworks HW 921KC USA-made CVT drive belt for all years of the RZR 1000 S and RZR S4 1000, which replaces OEM part number 3211180. It is built with a proprietary construction and higher strength than the stock belt, so it holds up to sand, mud and hard trail riding instead of glazing and letting go on the first hot day.

Along with belts, this page carries the clutching parts that keep an S 1000 alive: the Hunterworks clutch alignment tool for 2016-2025 Polaris 1000 models, the HW Universal Polaris primary clutch puller, clutch holder tools and the Clutch Inline Blower that pulls hot air out of the clutch cover on long rides.
