Ranger Diesel
Diesel Rangers are bought for torque and low-end grunt, and that torque goes straight through the CVT. A diesel Ranger spends almost all of its time in the rev range where a belt-and-clutch system is least efficient, which is why clutching is the single biggest difference-maker on these machines.
Fix'N Offroad carries clutch systems and service tools for the Polaris Ranger Diesel. The DuraClutch system for the Polaris Ranger Diesel is built for exactly this duty cycle — a clutch calibrated for a diesel powerband rather than a gas one, aimed at smoother engagement, better low-speed control and longer belt life under sustained load.
The Polaris primary clutch holder tool is the companion piece for any clutch work: hold the primary, break the bolt, torque it back to spec.
