RS1

The Polaris RZR RS1 is a single-seat machine built on turbo-era RZR architecture, and its clutching parts follow the Turbo platform rather than the standard RZR line. Fix'N Offroad carries Hunterworks USA-made drive belts and clutch tools that fit the RS1, including the Hunterworks clutch alignment tool listed for 2016-2020 Polaris RZR Turbo models, which also works on the Polaris RS1.

Because the RS1 is light and gets driven hard, belt heat and clutch alignment are the two things that decide how long a belt lasts. Check alignment every time the clutch cover comes off, keep the clutch intake ducting sealed, and consider a Clutch Inline Blower if you ride long and hot.
