General XP

The Polaris General XP 1000 makes more power than the non-XP and runs a different belt, so getting the right part matters. Fix'N Offroad stocks the Hunterworks HW 921KC USA-made CVT drive belt for the 2020-2025 General XP 1000 and XP4, replacing OEM part number 3211180. This is the same standard-dimension belt Hunterworks builds for the RZR XP 1000, and for faster riders we strongly recommend adding the Hunterworks white washer.

Keeping a General XP belt alive comes down to clutch condition. We carry the Hunterworks clutch alignment tool that covers 2016-2025 Polaris 1000 models including the General XP and Deluxe, the HW Universal Polaris primary clutch puller, clutch holder tools and clutch covers. For machines that live in mud, low range or heavy towing, the Duraclutch RXS for the 2016-2025 General 1000 XP ends belt burning for good.
