Can-Am Outlander owners ride hard and often ride wet, and a slipping belt in deep mud is a long walk home. Fix'N Offroad carries the Hunterworks HW 521KM USA-made CVT drive belt for the 2009-2024 Can-Am Outlander 500, 570, 650, 800, 850 and 1000, all models and sizes. Note that it does not fit 2025 Outlanders, which changed spec, so check your year before ordering.

We also stock the Can-Am secondary belt change tool, which fits all Outlanders and Renegades except the 2024-2025 850 and 1000, and the Can-Am ATV/UTV clutch puller covering 2009-2023 Outlander 650, 850 and 1000 and replacing OE 529-035-746. Both come with Hunterworks Tink Seal lube so the tool works smoothly instead of galling.
