The Polaris ACE is a single-seat machine with a CVT that works harder than its size suggests. Because the ACE is light and quick, owners tend to ride it like a sport quad — and the belt is what absorbs that.

For clutch service, the Polaris primary clutch holder tool lets you hold the primary while you break and torque the bolt correctly.
If you are replacing belts more than once a season, look past the belt: check CVT ducting for leaks, clean belt dust out of the housing, and verify clutch alignment.
