RZR 800

The Polaris RZR 800 is still out there working and still worth keeping right. Fix'N Offroad carries the Hunterworks HW 800 USA-made CVT drive belt for the 2008-2014 Polaris RZR 800 and 2010-2014 Ranger 800. It compares to the S-dimensioned OEM belt 3211162 and is built with a proprietary construction and higher strength than the original, which matters on a machine this age where the clutches have plenty of miles on them.

For clutch service we stock the Polaris 800/570 primary clutch puller, which fits all years of the Ranger 570 and 800 and RZR 570 and 800. It is one-piece, machined from heat-treated steel and comes with instructions. If your RZR 800 has gotten lazy on takeoff or burns belts, the Duraclutch R Series for the RZR 800 is a complete clutch replacement that fixes engagement and belt life together.
