Two-Roller Replacement Rollers for Can-Am Secondary Clutches

If your Can-Am runs a two-roller secondary and the rollers are flat-spotted, chewed or hanging up on the helix, the clutch can't backshift the way it should and the belt pays for it. This set puts fresh Hunterworks rollers in, along with new roll pins, so you aren't reusing tired pins on a fresh job.

What's in the bag

What the rollers are made of

• A bearing-grade aerospace carbon composite with very low friction
• Stays stable at 300°C (572°F) and higher; heat deflection (HDT @1.8MPa) of 367°C (693°F); melt point 373°C (703.4°F)
• A proprietary industrial heat treat (26 hours over 4 cycles, giving 2-stage crystal growth), then cryogenic treatment to relieve stress and fatigue
• A nano-particle lube coat that carries over onto the helix and the roller pin
• USA-made materials, USA-made manufacturing

Why the heat treat matters: according to Hunterworks, a plastic only reaches its published properties when it's heat treated and the crystals are grown properly, and most finished-part makers skip that step, so their spec sheets don't hold up.
