Duraclutch Belt 35-049 for Polaris Ranger, RZR & General 900/1000

The replacement drive belt for a DuraClutch kit. A DuraClutch is not a stock clutch and it does not take a stock belt — if you have converted a Polaris Ranger, RZR or General 900 or 1000 to DuraClutch, this is the belt that goes in it.

Install notes

Keep a spare with the machine. A DuraClutch changes how the CVT engages, and the belt it uses is not something the parts counter at a dealership will have on the shelf, so the difference between a spare in the box and no spare is the difference between a short stop and a long walk. Clean the sheaves before the new belt goes in and check belt deflection to the DuraClutch specification rather than the Polaris one.
