Hunterworks 2008-2014 Polaris RZR/Ranger 800 Belt

The 800-class RZR and Ranger are old enough now that parts support has thinned out, but there are a great many of them still working. This is the Hunterworks USA-made replacement belt for those machines — built with stronger cord and a compound that takes more heat than the original.

Fitment

• 2008-2014 Polaris RZR 800 — including RZR S 800 and RZR 4 800
• 2010-2014 Polaris Ranger 800 — including Ranger Crew 800

OEM cross-reference

Hunterworks part number HW 800. This is the S-dimensioned belt and compares to Polaris part number 3211162.

Installation notes

• These clutches have a lot of hours on them. Check the sheave faces for glazing and the bushings for play before you fit a new belt — otherwise the new belt will go the same way the last one did.
• The Polaris 800/570 primary clutch puller is the correct tool for getting the primary off these machines without damaging the crankshaft threads.
• Clean the accumulated belt dust out of the housing.
• Check the CVT ducting — on a machine this age it is usually cracked or has fallen off.
