Polaris 800/570 Primary Clutch Puller

The primary clutch puller for older Polaris 800 and 570 machines. The drive clutch sits on a tapered crankshaft and will not come off without a puller cut to the correct thread. This is the highest quality puller on the market for these models, precision machined so it threads in square and pulls straight.

How it is used

Thread the puller fully into the primary clutch by hand until it seats, hold the clutch so it cannot rotate, then tighten the center bolt until the clutch releases from the taper. Precise machining on every model of puller means the threads engage fully instead of stripping out the clutch.
