Hunterworks Kawasaki Clutch Holder Tool / Torque Tool

A USA-made Hunterworks clutch holder and torque tool for Kawasaki CVT clutches. Clutch bolts are not a place to guess: too loose and the clutch walks on the taper and destroys itself, too tight and you stretch or snap the bolt with the engine still in the machine. This tool holds the primary so you can apply real torque to specification without damaging anything.

How to use it

Fit the tool to the primary clutch so it holds against rotation, then break the clutch bolt loose or torque it back down to the specification in your service manual. This is the companion piece to a puller: the Kawasaki Ridge primary clutch puller gets the clutch off, the holder gets it back on correctly. Trying to hold a clutch with a screwdriver or an impact alone is how sheaves get scored and crank threads get ruined.
