Hunterworks Primary Clutch Puller for 2024-2025 Kawasaki Ridge 1000

The Hunterworks primary clutch removal tool for the Kawasaki Ridge. The Ridge crankshaft is threaded, and the only safe way to get the primary clutch off is with a puller cut to match those threads. Anything else — a generic puller, a pry bar, an impact and hope — risks damaging the crankshaft, which turns a routine belt or clutch job into an engine teardown.

How it is used

Thread the puller into the primary clutch by hand until it bottoms, hold the clutch with a clutch holder tool, then tighten the puller bolt to break the clutch free from the taper. Take your time and let the tool do the work rather than shocking it.

Pair it with the Kawasaki Ridge belt change tool if you also want to be able to swap belts without pulling the primary at all.
