The Pro XP and Turbo Pro make enough power that the belt is a consumable rather than a maintenance item, and heat is what consumes it. The factory clutch fan turns with the primary, so it moves the least air exactly when the belt is under the most load at the lowest speed — rock crawling, dune starts, heavy throttle in low range.
This Hunterworks inline blower is an electric fan plumbed into the CVT ductwork. It runs independent of engine RPM, so the clutch housing gets real airflow whether you are doing 45 mph or 4.

Polaris model naming across Turbo, Pro XP, Turbo R and Pro R is genuinely confusing and the blowers are not interchangeable. Call (601) 771-0070 with your year and exact trim and we will confirm which one you need before you order.

What it does
Air is drawn out of the clutch housing, which means belt dust and fine debris get pulled out with it instead of grinding around inside. Clutches stay cleaner, the belt stays cooler, and the fan does not obstruct a belt change. Hunterworks publishes a tech article and wiring connection info.
