Hunterworks CVT Belt for 2009-2024 Can-Am Outlander & Renegade

Can-Am's Outlander and Renegade have used the same belt family across a remarkably wide range of displacements and model years, which makes this one of the most useful belts we stock. It is the Hunterworks USA-made replacement — stronger cord, a higher-heat compound and tighter tolerances than the belt that came in the machine.

• 2009-2024 Can-Am Renegade 500 / 570 / 650 / 800 / 850 / 1000
• All models and trims within those years, including XT, XT-P, DPS, MAX and X mr
• Does not fit 2025 models

Installation notes

• Check belt deflection once the new belt is fitted. On Can-Am ATVs this is the setting most often left wrong.
• Clean the belt dust out of both sheaves and check the faces for glazing.
• These machines get ridden in mud and water — check that the CVT intake and drain are clear, and dry the clutch out properly after a deep crossing before loading it up.
• The Can-Am secondary belt change tool fits all Outlanders and Renegades except the 2024-2025 850/1000 and lets you change a belt without pulling the primary.
