Hunterworks 2015-2025 Polaris Scrambler 850 / 1000 CVT Drive Belt

The Scrambler is a sport ATV with a CVT, and sport riding is hard on belts in a way that utility work is not: repeated hard acceleration from low speed, high RPM, and very little time spent at a steady cruise where the clutch can cool off. Keep the CVT intake clear — on an ATV ridden in mud and water this is the thing that gets neglected and it costs belts. After a hard run, drive gently for a minute rather than shutting straight off or sitting at idle, so the clutch keeps pulling air while the belt sheds heat.
