Hunterworks 2018 Polaris Ranger XP 1000 Belt (Crew Only)

The 2018 Ranger XP 1000 Crew is a specific fitment, and it is one people get wrong. The Crew that year does not share a belt with every other XP 1000 in the range, which is why this is listed on its own rather than buried in a multi-year fitment table. This is the Hunterworks USA-made replacement belt for it.

Install notes

A Crew is heavier than a three-seat Ranger and that weight goes straight into the belt. Use low range any time you are loaded or crawling, keep the CVT intake and exhaust ducting sealed and clear, and blow the belt dust out of the housing when the cover is off.

Check clutch alignment while you are in there. The Hunterworks alignment tool for the 2018-2025 Ranger XP 1000 tells you in about five minutes whether the center-to-center distance and offset are where Polaris intended. Misalignment does not announce itself — it just quietly eats belts.
