Hunterworks Alignment Tool for 2024-2025 RZR XP 1000 & Xpedition

The 2024-2025 RZR XP 1000 and the Polaris Xpedition share a clutch layout, and both need their alignment verified after any driveline work. The Hunterworks CAT-621K alignment tool sets across the crankshaft and transmission input shaft and tells you whether the shaft spacing and the shaft alignment are within spec.

Install notes

Pull the clutch cover and both clutches, then fit the tool to the crank and transmission shafts. This is the tool you want in hand any time the engine or transmission has been out, because a driveline that goes back in a few thousandths off will eat belts indefinitely and never tell you why. On a new-generation machine it is also worth checking before you chase a belt problem with parts.
