A USA-made Hunterworks CVT belt for the Arctic Cat 858 sleds. Snowmobile belts live a harder life than UTV belts: full-throttle engagement from a dead stop, sustained high RPM, and all of it while the belt is cold-soaked and stiff at exactly the moment it is asked to do the most work.

Install notes
Two habits extend sled belt life more than anything you can buy. Warm the machine and the belt before hard pulls, so the belt is not stiff when it gets loaded. And check belt deflection so the belt rides at the correct height in the sheaves — a belt sitting too high or too low is being worn out by geometry rather than by power. Carry a spare under the hood; it is standard practice on a sled for good reason.
