Clutches
Which Duraclutch fits your machine: the RXL for heavy-duty 1000cc machines, especially the Polaris Ranger XP 1000 ($1,299 primary and belt kit, $1,599 complete). The RXS for 900cc machines plus the General 1000, RZR XP 1000 and RZR 1000 S (from $1,499). The R-Series for older and mid-size machines like the RZR 800, RZR XP 900, Ranger XP 900, Ranger 570 and Sportsman 450/500/570 (from $1,299). Free shipping on every US order.
A Duraclutch replaces the stock Polaris primary and secondary with a complete system that engages smoothly at low RPM, runs cooler and extends belt life. The R-Series and the roller models use sealed internal rollers instead of flyweights, so dust and grit stay out and engagement stays smooth. Every system is pre-tuned at the factory for your model, tire size and riding elevation — which is why we ask for all three before you order.
This is the right upgrade if you run tires 30 inches or larger, ride above about 4,000 feet, tow or plow regularly, or have a high-hour machine with a worn primary that bogs and shudders on takeoff. It is the wrong upgrade if your machine is stock and the only complaint is belt life — that is usually clutch misalignment or blocked CVT airflow, and an alignment tool costs a fraction of a clutch system. We will tell you which one you are.
