Clutch Inline Blower for Polaris Ranger 900/1000

A Ranger earns its keep at walking pace — towing, plowing, hauling, idling around a property. That is the hardest thing you can ask of a CVT belt, because belt speed is low, slip is high, and the engine-driven clutch fan is barely turning. Heat builds with nowhere to go.

The Hunterworks inline clutch blower adds an electric fan to the CVT ductwork that runs independent of engine RPM, so the clutch housing is ventilated whether the machine is moving or not.

Fitment — read this carefully, there are three part numbers

• #10055 — 2013-2019 Ranger 900, Ranger XP 900, Ranger XP 1000
• #10117 — 2018-2024 Ranger XP 1000 (vehicle specific) and Ranger 1000 SOHC
• #10162 — 2018-2024 Ranger XP with Ride Command

Does not fit 2018 and newer High Lifter or Back Country Edition. If your machine has Ride Command, choose the Ride Command option. If you are not certain which one you need, call (662) 631-9254 before ordering — this is the part we get the most fitment questions about.

What it does

Air is pulled out of the clutch housing, so belt dust and debris are vacuumed out rather than recirculated. Clutches stay cleaner, belts run cooler, and the installation does not interfere with a belt change.
