Duraclutch RXL Primary & Belt Kit for the Polaris Ranger XP 1000

This is the RXL upgrade without replacing the secondary: you get the RXL primary and a drive belt, and your stock secondary stays put. It's for Ranger XP 1000 owners who want smoother takeoff and cooler belt temps from the primary side. The RXL primary uses six internal rollers, a finely tuned ramp profile and a sealed shift cavity.

What the RXL primary does

• Smooth: six internal rollers damp engagement, so it doesn't grab hard like a flyweight CVT. Belt pinch is strong enough to stop slip at startup and at speed. It also runs at lower RPM, which Duraclutch says is good for up to 32% better fuel mileage, and it rides quieter
• Responsive: a fine-tuned roller ramp profile gives crisp upshifts and backshifts. The calibration adds usable low-gear function and pulls harder through the whole RPM range in high gear, and several calibration options let you match your machine and the way you ride
• Durable: the sealed shift cavity keeps dirt and dust off the rollers so the primary performs the same for the long haul. Less wear means less time in the shop, and the system runs cooler, which helps belt life

What you'll need to install

• HW universal Polaris primary clutch puller for pulling the stock primary off
