Hunterworks 2016-2024 Polaris RZR 1000S/4 Belt

The RZR 1000S sits between the 900 and the XP 1000 — a wide, trail-capable machine that gets ridden hard by people who do not treat it as a work vehicle. The CVT belt is the consumable that reflects that. This is the Hunterworks USA-made replacement, built with a proprietary construction: stronger cord and a higher-heat compound than the belt the machine came with.

Replaces Polaris OEM part number 3211180. Hunterworks part number HW 921KC. This is the same standard-dimension belt Hunterworks supplies for the RZR XP 1000 and the General XP.

Installation notes

• Check clutch alignment before installing — the alignment tool for 2016-2025 Polaris 1000 models covers all RZR 1000S years.
• Clean the belt dust out of both sheaves and look for glazing on the faces.
• Confirm the CVT ducting is sealed and clear before you put the cover back on.
• Break the belt in gently for the first 25-30 miles rather than launching it cold.
