Hunterworks 2020-2026 Polaris Pro XP Turbo RZR Belt

Install notes

Turbo cars punish belts three ways: heat soak in the CVT, clutch misalignment, and lugging at low RPM in high gear. Clean both sheaves and check for glazing before the new belt goes in, make sure the CVT ducting is sealed and the intake screen is clear, and verify alignment with the Hunterworks alignment tool for 2020-2025 Turbo and Pro models. Break the belt in with roughly 20 miles of easy, varied-throttle driving. Carry the old belt as a spare once it is replaced — a used belt that still has life in it will get you back to the truck.
