The Ranger 570 is a working machine, and it spends most of its life in low range hauling, which is precisely where belts get hot and glaze over. Short trips, heavy loads and a lot of starting and stopping put nearly all of the wear into the CVT rather than the engine. This is the Hunterworks USA-made replacement belt for it.

The single best habit for Ranger belt life is using low range when you are actually working the machine. Lugging it in high at low speed is the fastest way to glaze a belt, because the belt is slipping in the sheaves while making very little airflow to carry the heat away.

For clutch service, the Polaris primary clutch holder tool holds the primary while you break the bolt loose and torque it back to spec, and the Polaris 800/570 primary clutch puller gets the drive clutch off the tapered crankshaft without damaging the threads.
