Hunterworks 2024-2025 Polaris RZR XP 1000/XP4 Belt

Polaris changed the belt on the RZR XP 1000 for 2024, and it catches people out constantly — the belt that fit a 2023 will not work here. This is the Hunterworks USA-made belt for the current car, built with a proprietary construction that is stronger and more heat-tolerant than the factory belt.

Fitment

• 2024-2025 Polaris RZR XP 1000 — all models, two seat
• 2024-2025 Polaris RZR XP 4 1000 — all models, four seat
• Does not fit 2014-2023 RZR XP 1000 — those use a different belt
• Does not fit machines running a DuraClutch system

Replaces Polaris OEM part numbers 3211186 and 3212358. Hunterworks part number HW 925TC.

Installation notes

• Check clutch alignment before the new belt goes in — the alignment tool for the 2024-2025 RZR XP 1000 and Xpedition is the correct one for this car.
• Clean belt dust out of both sheaves and check the faces for glazing.
• Confirm the CVT ducting is sealed and clear.
• Break the belt in gently for the first 25-30 miles.
