This Hunterworks clutch alignment tool checks shaft spacing and offset on the 2018-2025 Polaris Ranger XP 1000. On a machine that works for a living, misalignment is the quiet reason belts keep failing — and you cannot see it without measuring it.

Fitment

• 2018-2025 Polaris Ranger XP 1000 — all models except the 2018 Crew and the 2022-2023 NorthStar
• The NorthStar models use a different crankshaft taper and need a different tool

What it does

The tool sits across the crankshaft and the transmission shaft of the CVT and shows whether the primary and secondary clutches are spaced and offset correctly. When they are not, the belt runs at an angle and loads unevenly — it will wear out early regardless of which belt you bought. Designed and machined in the USA for a precision measurement.
