Hunterworks CVT Belt for 2011-2014 Polaris RZR XP 900 & XP4 900

The 2011-2014 RZR XP 900 was the machine that started the performance side-by-side arms race, and a lot of them are still being ridden hard more than a decade later. Belts are the consumable that keeps them honest. This is the Hunterworks USA-made replacement — stronger cord, a higher-heat compound and tighter tolerances than the belt Polaris originally supplied.

Replaces Polaris OEM part numbers 3211142 and 3212326. Hunterworks part number HW 921KC.

Installation notes

• On a machine this age, check the clutch bushings and sheave faces before you blame the belt. A worn primary will destroy a new belt quickly.
• Verify clutch alignment — the Hunterworks alignment tool for the 2011-2014 RZR 900 XP/XP4 is the correct one for these years.
• Clean a decade of packed belt dust out of the clutch housing while you are in there.
• Inspect the CVT intake and exhaust ducting. On these it is usually cracked, loose or missing entirely by now.
