Hunterworks CVT Belt for 2016-2025 Polaris RZR Turbo / Pro / Turbo R

Turbocharged RZRs put a kind of load on a CVT belt that naturally aspirated machines never do: full boost arrives fast, the belt is asked to hold it, and the heat has nowhere to go. That is why Turbo, Turbo S, Pro XP and Turbo R owners go through belts far quicker than XP 1000 owners do. This is the Hunterworks USA-made belt for those machines — stronger cord, a higher-temperature compound and tighter tolerances than the factory belt.

Installation notes

• Verify clutch alignment before installing. On a boosted machine misalignment does not give you a warning — it simply shortens belt life until you are changing belts constantly. Use the alignment tool for your year.
• Clean belt dust out of the primary and secondary and check the sheave faces for glazing.
• Inspect the CVT ducting. A cracked or unseated intake tube is the most common cause of repeat belt failures on turbo cars.
• Take it easy for the first 25-30 miles so the belt can seat into the sheaves.
