Hunterworks CVT Drive Belt for 2019-2025 CF Moto UForce 1000 / XL

A USA-made Hunterworks CVT drive belt for the 2019-2025 CFMoto UForce 1000 and UForce 1000 XL. The UForce is bought to work, and work is what kills belts — towing, hauling a loaded bed, and crawling at walking pace all put heat into the CVT at exactly the speeds where there is the least airflow to carry it away.

Install notes

Before the new belt goes in, clean the accumulated belt dust out of the sheaves and look at the clutch faces for glazing — a glazed sheave will polish a new belt smooth in a hurry. Check that the CVT intake and exhaust ducting is seated and unblocked while the cover is off. If your UForce uses an Omni Drive clutch, the CFMoto secondary belt change tool spreads the secondary so you can get the belt in and out without pulling the primary.
