CF MOTO Secondary Belt Change Tool

The Hunterworks secondary belt change tool for CFMoto machines with Omni Drive clutches. Thread it into the secondary, turn it, and the sheaves spread far enough that the belt lifts straight out — no pulling the primary, no prying on the clutch faces with a screwdriver, no scarred sheaves.

How it is used

Pull the CVT cover, thread the tool into the secondary clutch, and turn it with a 4mm allen head. The sheaves open, the belt drops into the valley, and you lift it off over the primary. Install the new belt the same direction the old one came off, then back the tool out.

Keep the tool and a spare belt in the machine and a broken belt stops being a recovery. If you need to get the primary off for other clutch work, use the Hunterworks CFMoto primary clutch puller.
