Clutch Alignment Tool for Polaris 1000 Models (CAT 161K)

When the crank and transmission shafts aren't spaced and lined up correctly, the belt runs twisted between the clutches and wears out early, often without any other warning. This tool seats on the crankshaft and the transmission shaft so you can measure the spacing and alignment directly and fix it. If you own one of the Polaris 1000s below, keep one on the bench for every belt change and clutch job.
