Hunterworks CVT Drive Belt for Kawasaki Ridge 1000 (All Models)

The Kawasaki Ridge is a heavy, torque-rich machine with a lot of HVAC and Crew weight to move, and the factory belt is the part that finds out first. This is the Hunterworks USA-made CVT drive belt for the Ridge 1000, built with stronger cord and a compound that tolerates more heat than the belt Kawasaki ships.

Fitment

2024-2026 Kawasaki Ridge 1000, all models — Ridge 1000, Ridge Ranch Edition, Ridge HVAC, Ridge HVAC Camo and Ridge Limited HVAC.

Replaces OEM part numbers 59011-0065 and 59011-0072. Kawasaki used both numbers across the Ridge line; this one belt covers both, so you do not have to work out which your machine left the factory with.

Install notes

Check clutch alignment and clean the sheaves before a new belt goes in — a new belt in a misaligned clutch fails the same way the last one did. Break the belt in properly: easy throttle for the first 25 to 50 miles, varied speed, no towing or hard launches. See our belt break-in procedure.

If you want to change belts without pulling the primary at all, the Hunterworks Ridge belt change tool spreads the secondary with a single 17mm bolt. Keep it in the machine with a spare belt.
