Hunterworks Drive Belt Polaris RZR RS1

The RS1 is a single-seat machine built to be driven hard, and the way people use it — short, aggressive, repeated bursts — is one of the more demanding duty cycles a CVT belt sees. Repeated hard acceleration from low speed puts the most heat into a belt in the shortest time. This is the Hunterworks USA-made replacement.

Install notes

Two things matter more on an RS1 than belt brand. First, keep the CVT intake clear so the clutch can actually breathe — a blocked or collapsed intake duct will end a good belt quickly. Second, let the machine cool by driving rather than by idling after hard runs. A hot belt sitting still in a hot housing is where flat spots come from, and a flat-spotted belt vibrates and then fails.

Check clutch alignment any time the cover is off. A belt being twisted every revolution by misaligned clutches wears out on geometry, not on power.
