Hunterworks Clutch Alignment Tool - 2015 Polaris RZR 900

The 2015 RZR 900 is a one-year fitment, and it is the single most common alignment tool mistake we see. People buy the 2016-2025 tool because the year looks close enough. It is not. This Hunterworks tool is specific to 2015.

Most RZR 900 belts do not fail because the belt was bad — they fail because the clutches are out of alignment and the belt is being twisted every revolution. This tool sits on the crankshaft and transmission shaft of the CVT and tells you in about five minutes whether your center-to-center distance and offset are correct.

2015 Polaris RZR 900 only — Standard Trail, Trail with EPS and EBS, S, and four-seat models.

How to use it

With the clutch cover off and the belt out, the tool locates on the crankshaft and the transmission shaft. In alignment, it seats correctly. Out of alignment, you will know immediately. Use it every time the cover comes off, and always after an engine or transmission reinstall.
