2009-2015 Polaris Secondary Inside Roller Kit

When the rollers in a Polaris secondary clutch wear flat, the clutch stops backshifting cleanly. You feel it as a machine that goes lazy coming out of a corner, hangs in too high a ratio on a climb, and quietly eats belts for no obvious reason. Replacing worn rollers is one of the cheapest repairs in the whole CVT.

This kit covers the inside helix rollers on 2009-2015 Polaris secondary clutches.

Fitment

• 2014-2019 Ranger 900 — factory engine-braking secondaries only
• 2014-2015 RZR XP 1000, all models
• 2014-2015 RZR XP 1000 High Lifter
• 2011-2014 RZR XP 900
• 2013 RZR XP 900 Jagged X
• 2015 RZR 900 Trail with power steering
• 2015 RZR 900 XC
• 2008-2009 RZR 800

Does not fit the 2015 RZR 900 standard Trail or S model, and does not work on Rapid Reaction secondary clutches. If you are not certain which secondary your machine has, call us before you order — this is the single most common mistake on roller kits.

What you get

OE-specification inside helix rollers. Inside rollers only — this kit does not include the outside rollers. If you need those, see the HD outside roller kit; many people replace both at the same time, which is the sensible way to do it once the clutch is apart.

Install notes

Inspect the helix and the roller pins while you are in there. A roller that wore square wore against something, and new rollers on a grooved helix will not last.
