Clutch Inline Blower for Polaris RZR 900

The 900-class RZRs are light enough that owners tend to ride them hard in tight, slow terrain — and tight, slow terrain is where CVT belts die. The factory clutch fan spins with the primary, so at 6 mph in the woods it is moving almost no air through the housing while the belt is slipping and generating heat.

The Hunterworks inline clutch blower puts an electric fan in the CVT ductwork so the clutch housing is ventilated regardless of how fast you are going.

Install notes

Air is drawn out of the clutch housing rather than blown in, so belt dust and fine debris get vacuumed out instead of circulating through the sheaves. The fan does not interfere with a belt change. Hunterworks publishes a tech article and install instructions.
