Hunterworks CVT Belt for 2015-2025 Polaris RZR 900 / Trail / S

A USA-made Hunterworks CVT drive belt for the 2015-2025 Polaris RZR 900, RZR 900 Trail and RZR S 900, 2-seat and 4-seat. The 900 cars are lighter than the turbo machines but they get ridden hard on tight trails, which means a lot of on-off throttle at low speed — the duty cycle that puts heat into a belt fastest.

Install notes

Clean both sheaves and inspect for glazing before installing. If this machine has been through more than one belt, stop replacing belts and check clutch alignment with the 2016-2025 RZR 900 alignment tool — repeat belt failure on a 900 is almost always alignment or airflow, not the belt. Break the new belt in with about 20 miles of easy, varied-throttle riding.
