2017-2025 Polaris Scrambler/Sportsman Secondary Roller Kit

The plastic rollers in a Polaris secondary clutch are a wear item, and on a Scrambler or Sportsman that gets worked hard they wear square. Once they do, the secondary stops backshifting cleanly: the machine feels flat coming out of a corner, holds too high a ratio on a hill, and starts going through belts while you blame the belt. These heavy-duty rollers fix the cause.

2017-2025 Polaris Scrambler and Sportsman, 850 and 1000 models.

Scrambler and Sportsman belts and clutch parts differ by year and displacement, so if you are not certain which you have, call us before ordering.

What you get

Two rollers and two pins. Outside rollers only. An optional second pair is available at $10 off if you want to do all four at once — which is what we would do with the clutch already apart.

They come finished with Hunterworks' nano dry-lube coating.

Install notes

Inspect the helix faces and the roller pins before the new rollers go in — a roller that wore square wore against something, and new rollers on a grooved helix will not last.
