Hunterworks Clutch Alignment Tool - 2013 RZR XP 900 Jagged X

The 2013 RZR XP 900 Jagged X is a special edition with its own clutch alignment fitment. If you own one and you buy the standard 2011-2014 XP 900 tool because the year range looks right, you have wasted the money. This is the correct tool for the Jagged X.

It sits on the crankshaft and the transmission shaft of the CVT and tells you in about five minutes whether your center-to-center distance and offset are where Polaris intended — before you burn another belt.

How to use it

With the clutch cover off and the belt removed, the tool locates on the crankshaft and transmission shaft. In alignment it seats correctly; out of alignment you will know immediately. Use it every time the cover comes off, and always after an engine or transmission reinstall.
